How to order with Ghayary
Plain steps—account, new order, send it; then we send your price and next moves.
At Ghayary we source spare parts from abroad — OEM or aftermarket — and deliver to your address in Saudi Arabia. The steps below explain what you do and what we handle from first request through shipping.

Link ready from an overseas store: paste it in "New Order" with the vehicle model, quantity, and any notes.
No link yet: share the vehicle, model year, part description, or OEM number — our team will identify a suitable source and send a quote.
Before you order
Not every part is practical to buy online — especially large body items charged by volumetric weight (bumpers, hoods, doors, etc.).
An OEM part number speeds up review — please submit clear, serious requests only.
We source parts on request, in sha Allah.
Four steps
- 1 Create an account or sign in. You need an account to track your order, pay, and get updates.
- 2 Open "New Order". Paste each product link and add color, size, quantity, and any note that makes your choice clear.
- 3 Submit the order. You do not have to fill every box if you explain another way—see the box below.
- 4 Wait for our price. We review costs and send your total (products + service fee + international shipping whenever we can quote it). After your bank transfer, tell us via order comments, WhatsApp, or email. We usually start processing within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation.
Prefer not to use the table?
Create the order, then attach a Word or Excel file with links and specs in the comments on the order page, or add screenshots next to a link in the form when that helps.
Quick example
If the store shows color or size in English, write them the same way to avoid mistakes.
After you approve the price
- We email you updates while the order moves forward.
- When items reach our warehouse, we combine them into one shipment to you.
Rough timing (business days)
- •To our warehouse: about 4–10 days
- •Shipping to Saudi Arabia: about 6–14 days
- •Total often 10–30 business days—depends on the store and carrier
Have a store account?
You can add items to cart or a wishlist, then send us login details through the usual safe channels; we copy links and options (color, size, …) from your account.
