Common questions about buying and shipping spare parts abroad with Ghayary
If parts value exceeds SAR 500, commission is 8% of parts value only. Below SAR 500, commission is SAR 50 flat.
This covers purchase follow-up, supplier and customer communication, consolidating parts into one shipment, repackaging, and handoff to the carrier in the source country.
After all parts arrive, are packed, and you receive the final invoice, storage is free for 5 days. After that, SAR 15 per parcel per day applies.
If shipping is unpaid after one month, Ghayary may dispose of parcels or continue storage fees for up to 6 months.
We buy spare parts on your behalf from global sites and stores, track the order, coordinate with you and suppliers, receive parts at our warehouse, consolidate and repack, then ship to your address in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere.
We do not technically inspect parts at the warehouse. Send accurate part links, OEM/aftermarket numbers, and specs.
No. Ghayary is not responsible for customs delays or prohibited items. Our role ends when the shipment is handed to the carrier and you receive the tracking number.
We do not inspect parts on receipt. We purchase based on the link or part number you provide.
Supplier errors: we help you contact them but are not liable. Ghayary errors: we refund 100% or offer 30% compensation if you keep the part.
Yes — parts that violate Islamic law, Saudi regulations, or carrier policies (e.g. certain hazardous items).

Yes, to most countries depending on carrier and part type.
If parts have not been ordered yet, cancellation and refund is possible minus applicable fees. After purchase, cancellation/return is not possible.
Purchase starts within 12–72 hours of payment. US warehouse arrival: ~4–10 days. Shipping to Saudi: ~5–12 days. Total often 10–20 business days depending on supplier and customs.
No links after the first payment. If a part is unavailable, we notify you and credit your account.
After handoff to the carrier, follow up with them for transit damage.
Optional insurance available before shipping (loss/customs 3% min SAR 40; damage 5% min SAR 45).
Ghayary’s role ends at tracking number delivery. Contact the carrier for delays.
Yes, on request.
Customs/duties at destination are paid by the recipient if applicable. Ghayary cannot predict or control them.
Sorry, we do not offer warehouse photography.
Ghayary is not VAT-registered at this time; no VAT number is issued.
Name and Saudi bank account (Al Rajhi or other).
Non-Saudi customers: refund to a Saudi account or PayPal minus transfer fees if any.
Exact weight is unknown until parts arrive. Typical ranges:
- Oil/air filter: 0.2 – 0.8 kg
- Brake pads: 1 – 3 kg
- Alternator: 3 – 8 kg
- Wipers/sensors: under 0.5 kg
- Headlights: 1 – 3 kg
- Bumper/cover: 5 – 15 kg
- Small engine parts: 2 – 10 kg
Final weight is set after consolidation at the warehouse.
